AVSN Accounting Services provides ledger accounting, tax planning, audit preparation, and business intelligence consulting as defined in individual client Engagement Letters. We do not provide statutory external audits in the capacity of a registered independent public accounting firm unless specifically contracted under distinct audit rules.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the financial records, invoices, bank reports, and transaction details provided to our practitioners. We perform review checks, but final accounting accuracy depends on the data inputs provided.
Retainers are billed monthly in advance on the 1st day of each month. Retainer scope limits are reviewed quarterly and adjustments are applied to the next billing cycle.
Either party may terminate the client engagement at any time upon 30 days written notice to the designated partner contact. All historical accounting records and ledgers are transferred to the client upon final balance settlement.
